His Church Trust Explained Part II
In the Image of God
His Church Trust is made in the image of God's creation. As man is the creation of the Father he too in immolation gives away what he has to others for the benefit of a third party. The Trustee also like Adam receives that corpus or property in trust for the sake of the Beneficiary. For love of the Jesus the Christ the Grantor and the Trustee are instrumental in giving up a portion of what they have to him as Beneficiary. The Trustee of His Church Trust becomes a part of the altar on which the individual Grantor burns up or cast away, in faith, a portion of his own portion of life to the Beneficiary. This is not done by fire or tossing into a pit but by Charity which feeds His Sheep.
John 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, [son] of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
The Doctrine of Merger
The Doctrine of Merger is when there is only one trustee and one beneficiary, and both are the same person, and the legal and equitable title are said to "merge". The Husband and Bride concepts in law are spoken of in old and new testaments. There union is a merging of titles.
If the Church is the Body or Bride of Christ then all they hold in trust becomes equitably reconverted as a True and Actual title at the wedding feast. The ministers of His Holy Church hold no property as an estate since they have no inheritance in the land.1
If they are in one accord as one body title may merge with the Son and the Father in Spirit and in Truth. This is the wedding feast and the moment of consummation, sanctification or equitable reconversion.
The Bible concerning His Church Trust.
His Church Trust is a ministerial Church Trust created in the tradition of the Porters of the Old Testament and may include Stephen2 and the seven chosen and appointed of the New Testament in service.
Gazing back into the Old Testament for guidance we should look for the precepts of the LORD and not at what a particular society may have presented as a twisted view of God's intent. God sought to guide the people in a particular direction. By turning from the wrong direction and following in the ways of the Lord, one is said to have repented. Because of man's fallen nature his path was often lined with rituals and ceremonies that pointed in a direction for the soul of man rather mystical acts that magically bring you into the good graces of God the Creator.
God, in knowing that the frailty of man has incorporated systems, institutions and offices, aids man on the path to grace and understanding by offering a loving system dependent on faith, hope and charity as opposed to systems dependent on control, power and might. This is the Kingdom of God.
THE PORTERS
The trustee of His Church performs a service similar to the Porters mentioned in the Bible. A porter is a gate keeper and is translated from the Hebrew word rewv show`er. The word is the active participle of rev sha`ar translated think in Proverbs 23:7 but actually means to split open, reason out, calculate, reckon, estimate, to calculate. Among other things a porter was a bookkeeper or an accountant. [see Proverbs 23:1-9]
Their purpose was practical to the health and welfare of a strong community in the days of King David. They were chosen from the individual groups or villages but appointed by the King and the seer3 Samuel.
All these [which were] chosen to be porters in the gates [were] two hundred and twelve. These were reckoned by their genealogy4 in their villages5, whom David and Samuel the seer did ordain in their set office. 1 Chronicles 9:22
The Porter was chosen from small groups of people linked in a social and practical way. The people know and trust the Porter of their choice on a very personal basis. The Porter as a gatekeeper must be appointed by the King or seer or overseer. The seer or king act as a protector of the trust. They are Protectors of a trust but Trustees of another trust placed in them. As Protector they cannot choose who is trustee except as the people present a chosen candidate. The Protector may refuse to appoint or if he appoints he may withdraw that appointment. The duty and class of Porters varied but always included the idea of serving the house of the LORD in very practical ways.
Among these [were] the divisions of the porters, [even] among the chief men, [having] wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD. 1 Chronicles 26:12
Originally there was not Porter or King nor was there Levites. There was only Family and God the Father.
And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. 1 Samuel 8:7
Civil Power
Originally the civil power was in the hands of the people. Some of the duties of each household were vested in the king. The finances of the kingdom were now handled by the Porters who were selected from the people and appointed by the King. When the government or king control the civil authority and have the total power to select the porters, totalitarianism reigns. Also the Prophets and the Levites performed a service because the people strayed from the desire and will of God. The Levites had replaced the first born and the Prophets became the voice of God to those who failed to listen to the word of God. The King also became a Commander in chief, Judge, appointor of judges and father to his nation.
And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so had David the man of God commanded. And they departed not from the commandment of the king unto the priests and Levites concerning any matter, or concerning the treasures. 2 Chronicles 8:14 15
The people were under tribute and the judgment of the kings.6 The Levites and all those under their coverture were under the law of God rather than the law of men.7 The Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers were manditorially excepted from tribute.8 The system of government of God on earth changed with the corruption of men.
No Estate
Levites, with no inheritance, did service to the tents of the congregation.
But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: [it shall be] a statute forever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance. Numbers 18:23
And people tithed to Levites but only according to their service. This service involved every aspect of life from general education to information of specific and practical value.
Take [it] of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service. Numbers 7:5
The free will offerings were just that. They were given by choice to the men trusted by the People. Giving by freewill is necessary to nurture charity among the people. Individual choice is important to the welfare and growth of the individual, the family and therefore society.
And Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the porter toward the east, [was] over the freewill offerings of God, to distribute the oblations of the LORD, and the most holy things. 2 Chronicles 31:14
The system of God's kingdom was created for men who had rejected the ways of the LORD. It was created to protect the weak and lead men back to the ways of the Father. To give them a forum to learn Charity, Faith, Hope and Love. In a world where nations band together with power and might, control and oppression, where men hold dominion over other men and tribute is extracted like a pound of flesh to destroy and devour men, God has provided a way to learn His ways of Life and Love where men are bound together by virtue. Where men ask not what is in it for me but what may I give to others.
The Kingdom of Heaven is the last true Republic on the face of the earth operating under the perfect law of liberty.
Matthew 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
It is us that postpones the Kingdom by looking to other kingdoms of the gentiles.
Exodus 32:26 Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who [is] on the LORD'S side? [let him come] unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.
Jesus calls the people out of the walled camp as Moses did before him and asks who will serve the LORD.
Luke 12:42-43 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom [his] lord shall make ruler over his household, to give [them their] portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Jesus called them who would serve his kingdom not exercising authority.
John 9:35-37 Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him? And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee.
And His Holy Church is looking for those who would come out and serve the LORD.
Who [is] on the LORD'S side?

2 Acts 6:1-7 And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration. Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch: Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them. And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

6 And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not. And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. Ezra 7:25 26
7 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding;
They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;
Nehemiah 10:28-29
8 Ezra 7:24 Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
If we will not be ruled in our hearts and minds by our Father in Heaven we shall be ruled by the Fathers of the "world".
